Below is view of the Bill and Melissa Gates building under construction just below the Space Needle New light rail transit which one can ride from Sea Tac Airport to Downtown Seattle for 2.50 cents one way

and those are some guys smoking some unidentified "stuff" on the street in the heart of Seattle. no kidding..
