anyway.. :)

So I thought I would finally get around to December of last year when I actually did get to go to Florida.. yep for a week. when I got back apparently the chimney caved in because it was filled with coal causing my furnace to collapse so I had to have my house furnace replaced, fortunately it happened the day AFTER Christmas and it took two weeks to finally find an HONEST and reputable company to fix it; btw don't ever call FURR or R&B...EVER. Family Air, locally owned by Warren Harlow from the Uptown Lower Alexandria area did a suburb job.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, (here) I had NO heat for two weeks from Christmas all the way through the middle of January, yep.
but that was then and this is now.. and PTL.. all fixed
