Shrimping and Forest Gump

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, shrimp kebabs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple shrimp and lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich... That's, that's about it.”

I will post some Mother's day flowers and photos later,, just wanted to comment on the loss of Shrimp,, sigh and maybe sea turtles.. because of the debacle. I have been in Biloxi, Mississippi,, supposedly the next wave of oil will hit there.. and I saw dolphins there,,and swam in the ocean at midnight there..

and did notice those big oil rigs out there... little did I know one day,, shrimp one of my all time favorite "fruit de mer" ,, fruit of the sea would be endangered!!
