Mushrooms popping up in Alexandria and Mount Vernon

These look like fried eggs, but they are NOT edible. I took these photos for my personal mushroom collection of photos. Coincidentally, news reports that some men actually ate these and are now in the hospital. Don't touch them and tell your kids not to touch them or eat them!

AAAAAHHHH Life is a Beach

Buffy is John Walter's chow mutt mix who I walked at the beach for the past three days. She did really well considering she had no dog obedience traning. She learned to "jump waves" and I had a great time at Buckroe Beach, the poor man's Riveria lol

Buckroe Beach Pier in the background,, collected some great shells too,, washed in by Hurricane Irene..and the water was smooth and clear; it is actually on the Cheasapeake.. ! Anyway more later..

I was so relaxed I actually felt "guilty" for about a second,, then I remembered.. OH YEAH..God made the beach and Life is STILL Good.. :) izzy

Dick-I know you are dancing with your new legs and life is good:) this morning I dreamed that you were with bunch of old friends.. singing "On Top of Old Smoky..All Covered with Snow" and we laughed so hard :) like we used to do. And you were surrounded by good friends in a beautiful recreation center!
