Well,, I am late on my cards,, the turkey is still thawing,, place is a wreck
can't find the stockings to hang,,



no presents are wrapped.. all are in the original bag and all the receipts are lost too..



I stubbed my toe, and I have new grey hair,, all over my body now,, before it was confined to the chin area..:)





and I am built like the Snowlady now .. people used to think I had a boob job


but now that the boobs are near the waist,, all myths have been debunked





Let's see.. so what else is new....

• my piggy bank was robbed by Uncle Sugar
• all my friends are over 55 now, those who made it through the last decade:)

• Those who are still with us carry a separate briefcase to disguise the daily pill despenser and other medical devices,, diapers, oxygen, canes, or walkers as a computer devices and IPODs or a laptop. No one will notice the tubes hanging out of the briefcase,, it may be mistaken for a computer cable now that everyone has reading glasses and regular glasses; transition lenses and bi/or tri focals.

• And if it is dark enough outside it won't matter anyway, because everyone will be at home making sure the pharmicist didn't make an error on the pill count.

Now I finally understand about Rudolf's RED NOSE lighting up the way--Santa had a serious night vision problem along with diabetes and a weight problem that is why he needed a whole TEAM of Rheindeer. yeh.

Wow, it feels so good to close to sixty so I can put all of this in perspective. :)

An Islamic extremist identifies YouTube as the 'best' way to reach Westerners and US president-elect Barack Obama

WASHINGTON -- A member of an Islamic jihadist forum has urged supporters to wage a "YouTube Invasion" by uploading propaganda videos to the popular video sharing website.

The SITE Intelligence Group, a US-based monitoring service, reported late Tuesday that the call was made last week by a member of al-Faloja: a password-protected jihadist forum, using the name Omar Abdul Hakim.

Aware that the Google owned website was watched by millions and even used by US president-elect Barack Obama, Hakim said jihadists should use YouTube "to shame the Crusaders by publishing clips of videos showing their losses."

"The members of YouTube number in the thousands of millions and most of them are the filthiest and most dangerous people on earth," Hakim wrote.

"Brothers, let us go to work and invade. I ask you, by Allah, as soon as you read this subject, to start recording on YouTube and to start cutting and uploading and posting clips on the jihadist, Islamic and general forums."

The forum member included step-by-step instructions on how to post videos on YouTube and what software to use to cut clips into 10 minute sequences.

Although YouTube's "community guidelines," state that it seeks to "encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view," it prohibits videos featuring graphic violence or hate speech.

It is not uncommon that Islamic militant groups make use of the Internet as a means to communicate and spread propaganda. A recent US Army intelligence report warned recently of the dangers behind the micro-blogging service Twitter, which is viewed as a potential tool for terrorism.

so here a photo I took today it reminds me of Grandmom because we had to cross the WW Bridge to visit her which we did for many years..

Mr. Conklin wrote Why No One Is Required to File Tax Returns. Mr. Conklin's book proves that the IRS cannot legally require the filing of tax returns and that the courts and the government are misrepresenting the law.
The IRS refers to the income tax as voluntary but prosecutes individuals who do not "volunteer" in violation of the law.

There is no statute that makes a person liable or responsible to pay the income tax. Individuals only become liable to pay the income tax when they voluntarily file a tax return, or when the IRS follows its assessment procedures as outlined in the Internal Revenue Code.

If there were a statute which clearly and unequivocally required the filing of tax returns, such a statute would be unconstitutional under the present income tax system to the extent that it would require individuals to give the government information which could be used against them criminally.
The IRS, under our U.S. Constitution, cannot legally require information on 1040 returns from individuals. That is why the IRS continually refers to the income tax as "voluntary".

I already sent my formal letter to the IRS and it made me feel better to know that my memory is still intact, because I sent the IRS basically what Bill Conklin said before I read his website.. more fun days to come..do they have FAX machines in Federal Prison..lol..
